3. Appointment Booking and Cancellation
Appointments may be booked through the Website booking system, WhatsApp, phone, or email. Booking a slot does not guarantee that slot until confirmed by our team.
Cancellation Policy
Clinic require a minimum notice period for cancellations, 48 hours.
No-Show Policy
If a patient does not attend a booked appointment without notice, in this case there are no refund.
Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule an appointment should be made as early as possible by contacting the clinic directly using the details in Section 10.
Emergency Situations
This booking system is not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact UAE emergency services immediately rather than attempting to book online.
